The growth of the LEV market worldwide is reflecting in the EnergyBus organization´s increment of members. It is now counting 30 members among them global players like BOSCH, Sanyo, Panasonic and Magna Marque / BionX.
The latest member is BOSCH, a german based mayor player in all sorts of devices and machinery who will soon introduce its motor systems for LEVS.
In the course of 2009, Panasonic Electronic Devices Europe GmbH, Germany-based connector development company ODU Steckverbindungssysteme GmbH & Co. KG as well as SANYO Component Europe GmbH joined the EnergyBus organization. Together with Magna Marque or members like Rosenberger or even Ultra Motor they can be seen as exemplarily for the growing importance of the EnergyBus organization.
All members bring their specific needs, knowledge and expertise into the development of the EnergyBus standard, which is believed to be the ruling standard for LEVs (Light Electric Vehicles) within the following years. As of today, the organization counts 11 personal members and 19 company members.

However, the more members the better and faster the implementation of the EnergyBis standard will be. Becoming a member of EnergyBus e.V. is a privilege. As a member, you will have access to all sections and specific information on the website and are welcome to work on the specifications for the new standard, be it the communication protocol or the connector family.
